Inadine Dressing is indicated for the management of ulcerative wounds, minor burns and minor traumatic skin loss injuries. Inadine dressing is designed to protect and minimize adherence to the wound bed and provides an antiseptic effect against bacterial organisms.

Clinical studies suggest that Inadine Dressing may also be an appropriate dressing choice in the management of chronic wounds, including:

  • Ulcers deriving from different aetiologies1
  • Diabetic foot ulcers1, 8
  • Pressure ulcers4
  • Protects and minimises adherence to the wound bed, and provides an antiseptic effect against bacterial organisms (In-Vitro)1-5
  • Protects and minimises adherence to the wound bed, therefore reducing the risk of damage to the granulation tissue at dressing removal, and in clinical practice has been shown to reduce pain for patients.1-3
  • Has broad spectrum antimicrobial effect (In-Vitro). Povidone Iodine molecule has a broad-spectrum antimicrobial action4 and has been proven to be effective against MRSA.5, 6

Suggested Applications
